The shipping costs that are calculated for the delivery of the order are based on the total amount of the order. And the type of product that is ordered.
For shipments within the Netherlands, the following shipping costs are charged:
Orders from €10 with letterbox package: €3.95
Orders less than €10 with letterbox package: €5
Orders up to €80,- €6
Orders over €80,- Free
Shipping costs within Europe
Within Europe we currently ship to Belgium and Germany. The shipping costs are as follows:

Delivery times depend on your order
We have two types of products in our shop: fabrics and garment transfers. Below we explain what the expected delivery times are.
Fabrics and products in stockFabrics that are in stock, we ship from Tuesday to Friday with PostNL. As soon as we have created the shipping label, you will receive a track & trace code. PostNL usually delivers the next working day.
Iron-on transfers
Orders with clothing transfers are shipped on Thursday or Friday. Since we do not have our own DTF printer, we are dependent on the delivery time of our supplier. Unfortunately, PostNL has been experiencing delays lately, which means that we sometimes cannot meet the promised shipping date. We ask for your understanding.
Combined orders
Combined orders are sent in one go. If you want to receive certain products sooner, it is better to place multiple orders. So that there will be no delay.
No shipping on public holidays and during vacations
We do not ship on holidays and during our vacations. Holiday periods are announced online in advance and appear at the top of each page. The holidays on which we do not ship are:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Sunday and Easter Monday
- King's Day
- Liberation Day
- Ascension Day
- First and second day of Pentecost
- First and second day of Christmas -
Yes, orders over €75 are shipped for free within the Netherlands and to Belgium.

Yes, we currently ship to Belgium and Germany. We expect to expand to the rest of Europe and the world soon.

For sending orders we have a partnership with PostNL Pakketservice. PostNL almost always delivers all packages the next working day.
If you are not at home, the postman will usually try your neighbours, if they are not there either, your package will go to the post office. The package will be ready the next day from 15:00 at a designated PostNL location. The package will be kept here for you for 7 days, after 7 days the package will be returned to us and we unfortunately have to charge return costs to resend the package.

Payments & Security

We accept payments via iDEAL, Apple Pay, credit card, Bancontact, KBC, Belfius and manual transfer.

Payments are always made via our payment partner Mollie. Mollie is an independent third party between you and Rebel Studio. Mollie and Rebel Studio guarantee your safety for all transactions by means of a secure SSL connection. This connection (known by the lock) guarantees a secure transaction with you and your bank. This is a strong form of encryption, which prevents malicious parties from using your data. Your payments also take place on a secure SSL connection from abroad. All your data, including your credit card number, are secured with SSL. In addition, your credit card number is only used once for payment of your order and is not stored further.

Yes, with us it is possible to pay afterwards with a credit card. When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. The actual debit only takes place after delivery. In this way you pay afterwards.

If your payment fails or is declined, the order will be automatically cancelled. You can place the order again and go through the checkout process again from your account. Once the payment is successfully completed, the order status will be updated automatically.
Returns & Refunds

You can simply return undamaged and unused items. You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. This period starts on the day after receipt of the order. This also applies to discounted items or items purchased with a discount code.
We only accept returns if the item is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs and risk of returns are for the buyer. This means that we are not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
Fabrics cut to size
Unfortunately, you cannot return fabrics and trims that we cut to size for you.
Fabrics to order
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fabrics that we order especially for you.
Iron-on transfers
We do not have iron-on transfers in stock and order them especially for you. We cannot accept returns.

Whether you can cancel your order depends on the product. As long as we have not yet cut your fabric or ordered your fabric/iron-on transfer, the order can be canceled without any problems.

The costs for return shipping are for your own account. Keep the track and trace information safe, because we are not responsible for lost packages during return.
